She has always been a creative person since she was young. She loved art–drawing, painting and making things with her hands, so she knew that she wanted to pursue a career that would allow her to continue with her creativity.
Candace became interested in design specifically because its more than just creating something beautiful. Design is multifaceted and it challenges her to tell stories, be conceptual, be strategic, and ultimately solve problems. All of these things combined is what helped Candace find her passion for design.
Besides her goal to travel the world, Candace aspires to be an inspiration to others. As she lives out her dream to inspire others, her hope is that they will be unafraid to follow their passion and to go after their dreams.
